FIELD: organic chemistry, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention describes the novel bicyclic derivatives of isothiourea of the general formula (I) where D means C₁-C₆-alkyl; T means C₃-C₅-saturated alkylene chain substituted with -(CH₂)_m-NXY or U-(CH₂)_a-N(X)-(CH₂)_b; U means CH₂; a and b that can be similar or different mean whole number from 0 to 3 under condition that sum a + b = 1-3; X and Y that can be similar or different mean hydrogen atom, C₁-C₆-alkyl or group -(CH₂)_n-Q where Q means phenyl optionally substituted with C₁-C₆-alkyl, C₁-C₆-alkoxy-group, trifluoromethyl group, halogen atom; m and n mean the whole number from 0 to 5 independently, and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts. Invention describes also method of their synthesis and preparing the composition containing thereof. Compounds of the formula (I) can be used, in part, for treatment of patients with neurodegenerative disorders.
