ELECTRODE FOR ELECTROCHEMICAL TREATMENT Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

Abstract RU 2144450 C1

FIELD: methods for making electrodes for electrochemical treatment. SUBSTANCE: electrode may be used for removing metal from electrically conductive articles locally coated by electric insulation layer. Electrode is provided with electrically insulated layers of hybrid non-organic polymeric material on base of silicon oxide and zirconium oxide. Such layers are applied by sol-gel process, possibly at low temperature. Said layers feature small leakage current and long service life. EFFECT: improved design of electrode. 7 cl, 1 dwg, 1 ex
