FIELD: methods for making electrodes for electrochemical treatment. SUBSTANCE: electrode may be used for removing metal from electrically conductive articles locally coated by electric insulation layer. Electrode is provided with electrically insulated layers of hybrid non-organic polymeric material on base of silicon oxide and zirconium oxide.
