FIELD: sportive and walking facilities used for creating new models of exercisers and analogue apparatuses such as bicycle, roller skate, ski, snow-going vehicle, boat, canoe etc. SUBSTANCE: method involves providing apparatus to which user attaches himself to platform by means of straps; applying reciprocating motion to pedals alternatively by hands and feet, as well as by user's body weight, and additionally applying motion pulse (jerk and acceleration effect from upper dead point to initial part of working stroke) to achieve conversion of all lines of force by means of pivot joint in vertical plane extending through center of gravity of user's body; starting and continuing rotation of flywheel. System is maintained in balanced state by straps, which percept reaction and transmit it to base. Energy generated by such method is taken off from flywheel and transmitted to different consumers. EFFECT: increased efficiency in realizing physical user's capacities, simplified method and construction. 1 dwg
