FIELD: physical development of human body. SUBSTANCE: method for developing experience of positional stability of sportsman comprises steps of forming on supporting surface small supporting force triangle with apex in mass center of sportsman and with base passing through heels of its leg foots when one straight leg is extended backwards at resting its whole foot upon supporting surface and turning knee of half-bent other leg aside from first leg while the whole foot rests upon supporting surface and is arranged normally relative to plane passing through heel of first leg, head occiput and mass center of sportsman; forming large force triangle with apex on head occiput and with base coinciding with base of small force triangle when body of sportsman with straight back is arranged vertically at facing front or it is turned to one side by angle less than 90 degrees relative to direction of outer load while placing occiput on line being extension of straight back of sportsman; at each application of load oriented in such a way that to distort positional stability of sportsman, changing position of sportsman due to simultaneously rotating and(or) moving its body and legs or its body relative to its legs until matching planes of above mentioned force triangles with vector of applied load. EFFECT: improved positional stability at outer loads. 2 cl, 6 dwg
