FIELD: physical development of human body. SUBSTANCE: method for developing experience of positional stability comprises steps of providing on supporting surface vertical position of sportsman facing front and having straight back or turned to one side by angle less than 90 degrees relative to direction of outer load; forming on supporting surface supporting triangle with small sides arranged on axes of foots of sportsman whose legs are placed in such a way that the whole surfaces of its mutually parallel foots rest upon supporting surface and legs are spaced one from another by distance exceeding shoulder width of sportsman while providing orthogonal projection of partially bent knees of sportsman on respective axes of foots; at each application of outer load changing position of sportsman due to simultaneously rotating and(or) moving its body and legs or its body relative to its legs at keeping orthogonal projection of mass center of sportsman inside supporting triangle. EFFECT: improved positional stability of sportsman subjected to action of outer loads. 2 cl, 9 dwg
