FIELD: extrusion of foodstuffs. SUBSTANCE: extrusion head has supplying diaphragm opening into distributing chamber communicating, from one side, with usually conical converging central extrusion channel by means of round central diaphragm of preliminary expansion and/or delay, and communicating, from the other side, with usually conical convergical coaxial cylindrical extrusion channel by means of circular diaphragm of preliminary expansion and/or delay. Central and coaxial cylindrical extrusion channels have corresponding coaxial central and annular outlet holes. Such extrusion heads are used as component parts of extruders allowing production of grain extruded foodstuff in form of nucleus surrounded with ring. EFFECT: higher efficiency of use. 4 cl, 9 dwg
