FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of aqueous-alcoholic infusions of two components groups. The first one contains sweetflag, valerian, clove, oak shavings, angelica, ginger, tormentil, cinnamon, coriander, levzea, and licorice. The second group includes birch buds, sweetclover, St.John'swort, hyssop, cedar nut, balm, juniper, mint, wormwood, and yarrow. The prepared infusions are blended with apple alcoholized juice and with bird cherry, bilberry and dog rose fruits drinks, natural honey, vanillin, citric acid, orange oil, eleutherococcus extract, sugar syrup, color and aqueous-alcoholic liquid. The proposed balsam has mild taste and flavor with strawberry-pipe-apple tint. The balsam is prepared from raw materials applicable in folk medicine.
