FIELD: medicine, particularly, orthopedics; applicable in vertebrology. SUBSTANCE: method includes formation of transplant on additional feeding pedicle with transverse defect or bone defects 1.5-2.0 cm long with peritoneum, intercostal muscles, vessels and nerve preserved and bent in the form of loop or loops surrounding the defect; installation of end bony rib fragments into sockets of receiving bed in bodies of extreme vertebras to depth of 2/3 of their height and at an angle of 15-30 deg to vertebral column or coaxially, and fixation in sockets with perosseous suture; lengthening of anterior parts of vertebral column due to extended unbending of kyphotic and/or scoliotic component until moment of osseous cohesion between fragments of transplant. EFFECT: correction of all types of deformities.
