FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves moving a kidney in topographic anatomic position. Ribbon-shaped alloplant is sutured to fibrous kidney capsule as hammock. The alloplant is fixed with interrupted sutures to muscular part of the diaphragm in the area of the costal sinus. The sutures are treated with powder-like alloplant for stimulating neurovasculogenesis. EFFECT: prevented complications related to disturbed kidney mobility.
