FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing of potable water and rectified ethyl alcohol "Lux" up to strength 40%. Whey is mixed with tartaric acid and mixture is aged for 1-2 h, filtered and introduced in aqueous-alcoholic liquid. The latter is purified on carbon-cleaning battery. Carbohydrate module "Alkosoft" preliminarily dissolved in solution and alcoholic solution of glycerine are introduced in prepared vodka. The latter with all components is filtered and bottled. The vodka has the following ratio of components, kg/1000 of prepared product: carbohydrate module "Alkosoft", 6.5-7.5; tartaric acid, 0.1-0.3; glycerine, 0.3-0.5; and also, l: whey, 9.5-10.5; aqueous-alcoholic liquid from ethyl rectified alcohol "Lux" and potable water, the balance. The method and composition of ingredients at their quantitative ratio allow to increase organoleptical properties and its stability at storage due to better coagulation of whey protein, thorough filtration and purification of vodka.
