FIELD: manufacture of hollow continuously cast bimetallic deformed billets. SUBSTANCE: base metal is fed to space between walls of mold and two cores arranged in it by means of immersible casting nozzle in center of mold between cores. Base metal is solidified only on inclined walls. Vertical walls are heated before casting until temperature value t=(1.05-1.1)tmlt, where tmlt - melting point of base metal. Melting point of additional foreign metal of two belts is higher than that of base metal. Before casting two belts are introduced to mold along its inclined walls and they are joined to lock with two through openings. Cores are cooled ones. Vertical walls are in the form of heat pipes with electric heating members having thermocouples. Two cores are placed at both sides of nozzle on platform with windows secured to two stationary pressure vertical plates. Each core with outer diameter 1 has through opening with diameter 0; 1/0 =2.5-3.5; (a1-2a2)/ 1= 1.2-4, where a1 is thickness of billet, a2 is thickness of belt. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of casting process, improved quality of cast billet. 3 cl, 3 dwg
