FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: trough is provided for introduction of intrauterine spiral in which depth of spiral introduction may be regulated by a simple method. Trough has device for fastening to one section of fastening which corresponds to regulated stop on body which may be attached to intrauterine spiral and, preferably, rule. Body may be pulled or pushed for attaining of required distance from upper part of intrauterine spiral to regulated stop. The distance corresponds to required depth of introduction of intrauterine spiral. EFFECT: higher efficiency of introduction of intrauterine spiral, and ensured sterility and convenience. 14 cl, 8 dwg
