SUBSTANCE: ethylene diamine, piperazine or mixture thereof is ethoxylated in excessive amount of ethylene diamine and/or piperazine. The resulting stream of ethoxylation product is then treated in distillation setup for treating amination product prepared by amination of monoethanol amine with ammonia.
