FIELD: satellite receiving equipment. SUBSTANCE: circuit has active component, transmission lines, three resistors, isolating capacitor, DC voltage supply, and inductor. Method for minimizing phase noise in local oscillator designed for low-noise units is distinguished by specific arrangement and selection of components ensuring automatic bias at which any increase in current through active component causes increase in voltage across second resistor thereby cutting off and reducing current through active component.
