FIELD: mining industry, particularly, mineral opencast mining. SUBSTANCE: method includes separation of rock mass by parts with their subsequent haulage. Volume of each separated part of rock mass equals the sum of bin geometric capacity and volume of bulk above bin limited by and angle of muck angle of repose. Haulage of muck is effected by sectional bin whose sections are moved as bench is extracted at a distance equalling bin section width.
