SUBSTANCE: bullet has a metal envelope, stronger than lead, with slots, filler of polymeric material, which is partially enclosed in the envelope, and partially projects from the envelope forming part of the tail piece, centering ribs of polymeric material project through the envelope, the bullet head section is filled with a lead filler, polymeric material fills the rear section of the bullet up to the lead filler, and a cavity is made in the filler of polymeric material.
