SUBSTANCE: bullet has a metal envelope stronger than lead, the head and partially central sections are filled with lead. The rear section of the envelope has slots forming lobes. A hollow plastic cylinder is inserted in the cavity formed by the lobes. An additional cavity is provided between the lead filling and the cavity formed by the lobes.
