FIELD: X-ray nuclear instruments, in particular, for detection of charged particles and radiation. SUBSTANCE: device has two flat parallel conducting layers, resistive layer and gas gap between resistive and second conducting layer, as well as introduced dielectric layer between first conducting and resistive layers. Latter layers contact in at least one point of their surfaces. In addition, at least one conducting layer is designed as separate members, which are insulated from each other. EFFECT: increased reliability and efficiency of detection due to removal of accumulated charge from discharge point through resistive layer to conducting layer, simplified manufacturing. 5 cl, 5 dwg
