FIELD: controlled introduction of medicinal preparations. SUBSTANCE: system has drug storage reservoir, drug dose delivery reservoir coupled to drug storage reservoir by means of connecting members through hand-operated pump and outlet channel coupled to drug dose delivery reservoir via flow limiter-regulator in outlet channel. Connecting members between drug storage reservoir and drug dose delivery reservoir are designed to direct flow only from drug storage reservoir to drug dose delivery reservoir at pressure in drug dose delivery reservoir below maximum pressure. Drug dose delivery reservoir is made of elastic material capable of expanding from minimum to maximum volumes and creating pressure on drug in drug dose delivery reservoir from minimum to maximum values, with drug dose being constant. Connecting members are provided with facility for control and variation of flow direction to drug storage reservoir when maximum pressure is attained. In system version connecting members are provided with protective chamber. Construction of system ensures drug introduction at constant rate without use of power source.
