Then additional damages are applied on this site as multiple pricks as measured 12-16 injections per 1 cm2. Sample for analysis in the amount 0.05-0.1 ml is mixed preliminary with chicken egg yolk in the ratio = 1: (0.5-1):0.7. For bacteriological study visceral organs of experimental animals and place of administration of infectious material are used. Method provides isolation of plague pathogen from material abundantly polluted with foreign microflora for the shortest time. EFFECT: improved method of analysis. 3 ex
