FIELD: microbiology. SUBSTANCE: method involves administration of analyzed material suspension to experimental white mice treated with testing antibiotic in curative dose and to control mice by subcutaneous route in back region. As analyzed material pure culture of plague microbe is used in the dose 107-109 CFU/ml (0.7-1 ml of suspension in dilution one to billion) that is mixed preliminary with human contained blood in volume ratio = (1-0.5):(1-0.7). To the prepared mixture 0.5-0.7 ml of chicken egg yolk and 5-7 mg of curtisone are added as measured per one animal and the presence or absent plague pathogen in administration place is determined by reaction of indirect hemagglutination. Invention provides carrying out the express determination of sensitivity of plague pathogen to antibiotic by reaction of indirect hemagglutination. Invention can be used for determination of sensitivity of plague pathogen to antibiotics in vivo by serological method. EFFECT: improved assay method. 3 ex
