FIELD: medicinal microbiology, infections. SUBSTANCE: method involves administration of 0.5-1 ml suspension in saline solution of the examined material in back region of experimental animals. Preliminary suspension is mixed with chicken egg yolk at ratio = (1:0.5)-(1:0.7). To the prepared mixture 0.5-0.7 ml heparinized guinea pig blood, 5-7 mg cortisone, 0.002-0.005 mg sodium azide and 0.02-0.1 mg cadmium chloride were added. Only place of injection is subjected for bacteriological serological and immunofluorescent analysis. Method ensures to detect single cells of plague pathogen 24-48 h after of analysis onset and isolate and identify plague microbe - after 48-72 h. EFFECT: improved and accelerated method of diagnosis. 2 tbl
