FIELD: food-concentrates industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of mixture from butter or fats, powder-like carbohydrates and/or materials rich in proteins in extruder. Water, emulsifier, disintegrant and stabilizing agent are added in the mixture before and/or after its preparation. Then plasticization of the whole mixture is carried out in extruder, and formation of the plasticized mass into threads and their cutting into granules are conducted.
