SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing water and preliminarily prepared dry mixture substantially composed of cereal flour or groats; subjecting resultant mixture to thermal processing and extruding through extrusion head. Extrusion of said mixture through extrusion head is carried out at increasing pressure in thermal processing unit downstream of mixing and thermal processing unit screw with the use of gear- type pump.
