FIELD: inorganic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: method involves synthesis of finely dispersed hydroxylapatite by pouring 6-9% solution of phosphoric acid at the rate 70-120 ml/min to 20-55% suspension of calcium hydroxide treated preliminary by ultrasonic oscillation at frequency 9-15 KHz. Hydroxylapatite particles (size is 1-5 mcm) are formed in settler for 20-24 h. Hydroxylapatite concentration in ready suspension is 320-350 g/l. Invention can be used for production of medicinal materials stimulating recovery of osseous tissue, production of dental fillings, dental pastas, sorbents and others.
