SUBSTANCE: invention is a composition for producing an oxygenic product containing whey, fruit and berry juice, which contains passion fruit juice, the mass fraction of dry substances in which is 65%, and juice from princely berries, the mass fraction of dry substances in which is 65%. The composition additionally contains syrup from lavender flowers, the mass fraction of dry substances in which is 50%, and licorice root syrup as a foaming agent.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to expand the range of compositions for obtaining oxygenic products with functional properties.
