FIELD: machine engineering, namely, finish abrasive working of machine parts. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of imparting lengthwise feed to part of hard-to-work material; polishing part by means of discs of grinding cloth with different characteristics; impregnating large-grain discs with bakelite vanish for increasing their rigidity and impregnating small-grain discs with lubricating and cooling technological fluid; mounting discs onto mandrel with inclination angle relative to rotation axis in order corresponding to lowering of their grain size. It allows to depress microirregularities of part surface due to removing main segregations by means of rigid tool and lapping surface by means of less-size cutting edges.
