FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves diluting raw material (feces) with buffered physiological salt solution 1.10, treating it with 0.72% potassium hydroxide (1:1), adding buffer solution (pH 7.2-7.4) for neutralizing pH in 1:2 proportion, centrifuging during 2-5 min under 10000 rev/min. The precipitate is washed twice with distilled water centrifuging it every time, and solved in 20 mcl of deionized water. The solved precipitate is heated at 100 C during 10 min. The sample is usable in setting polymerase chain reaction. EFFECT: accelerated diagnosis method.
