METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF X-RAY PICTURE AND DIAGNOSTIC X-RAY APPARATUS Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

Abstract RU 2153848 C2

FIELD: roentgenoscopy and roentgenography for medical and industrial application. SUBSTANCE: method consists in irradiation of the converter standing behind the object under examination, converting the X-radiation to a visible one, by a packet of high-power pulses of X-radiation. Shooting of the obtained picture is accomplished by a video camera synchronously, controlled from the moment of arrival of the packet of X-radiation pulses. The quantity of pulses in a packet is determined from relation: 1 ≤ N ≤ t/T1, where: N-quantity of X-radiation pulses in a pack; t-fly-back time of video camera frame scanning beam; T1 - pulse repetition period of X-radiation in a pack. Object irradiation occurs synchronously with the video camera frame scanning during the fly-back of the camera beam. The X-ray apparatus has a pulse X-ray tube providing for generation of high-power nanosecond pulses of high-voltage nanosecond pulse generator, output parameters control device, converter that converts the X-radiation to a visible one, video cameras, trigger pulse shaper operating in the conditions of generation of a pack of trigger pulses according to the preset program, synchronization device, controller of analog-to-digital converter, television picture monitor and a device for storage and processing of video image. EFFECT: reduced dose load on operator and object, enhanced quality of picture. 4 cl, 2 dwg, 2 tbl
