FIELD: medicinal materials technology, polymers. SUBSTANCE: structure consists of polymeric base and its near the surface modified layer that has aggregate of local near the surface sites with biochemical properties that are distinct from that of polymeric base. Local near the surface sites are made of carbon clusters (size is 5-12 nm). Method of preparing consisting of polymeric base and its near the surface modified layer involves modification of polymer surface by impulse plasma spraying the graphite target at impulse frequency 1-2 Hz at the rate of carbon precipitation 0.1-0.2 nm/s up to thickness 5-12 nm. Invention can be used in procedure of preparing surfaces of medicinal polymers with improved heme-compatible properties and can be used in implantation surgery in prosthesis of different human organs: artificial blood vessels, arteriovenous shunts, heart valves, cardiostimulators and others.
