FIELD: analysis of water solutions. SUBSTANCE: device has electrochemical cell with three electrodes. Platinum working electrode is connected to inverting input of current amplifier, which output is connected to measurement-information system, which is controlled program setter. Comparison electrode is connected to input of interface amplifier. Additional electrode is connected to regulation amplifier, which inverting input is connected through parallel scaling resistors to output of interface amplifier and program setter. Output of current amplifier is connected to system of automatic tuning of zero level of time chart potentials. Said system has serial circuit of full-wave rectifier, voltage-to-frequency converter, which are controlled by program setter, reverse binary counter and binary register, digital-to-analog converter, first adder of voltage levels which output is connected through first scaling resistor to inverting input of regulation amplifier, and resistor, which sets drift region for zero level of time chart potentials at first voltage adder. Inverting input of regulation amplifier is connected through second scaling resistor to second voltage adder, which is controlled by program setter. Second voltage adder serves as compensator of drift of zero level of time chart potentials. Output of current amplifier is connected to switching element which serves for connection of information signals to digital indicators of measuring- information system.
