FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: metal member with cellular structure has many channels for fluid medium. Channels are made of metal sheets and located in direction of fluid flow. At least some sections of metal sheets have macrostructure forming channels and cellular structure and at least part of metal sheets on some sections is provided with additional microstructures. They are located at some angle to direction of flow and spaced at some distance from one another so that they are intersected. Intersection of microstructures provides for additional hydrodynamic effect to improve mass exchange between gas and outer surface of separate flow channels functioning as catalyst.
