FIELD: automotive industry. SUBSTANCE: metal foil and honeycomb member are designed for use in housing-carrier of exhaust gas catalytic conveyor of internal combustion engine exhaust systems. Proposed metal foil contains at least two intersecting structures located at a distance from base surface and partially lapped one on the other. Said structures have at least one through hole made on section of lapping over of said structures. Honeycomb member has great number of through channels for liquid medium flow in required direction which are limited by at least one metal foil part provided with at least two intersecting structures remote from base surface and at least partially lapped one on the other. Said structures have at least one through hole made on section where structures are lapped one on the other. EFFECT: improved reliability, simplified design. 26 cl, 7 dwg
