FIELD: catalytic neutralizers of exhaust gases of internal combustion engines of transport facilities. SUBSTANCE: the cellular member has ducts for passage of fluid medium from one end to the other, it consists of structurized or smooth and structurized metal sheets. The thickness of at least part of the metal sheets makes up less than 40μm, preferably approximately 30μm. Part of the metal sheets with a thickness of less than 40μm in separate sections is provided with additional reinforcing structures representing microstructures and/or crossing microstructures, and/or folded sections, and/or folded rim zones. The folded sections are located in the zone of one or both ends of the cellular member and preferably pass from the ends to a depth making up, in particular, from 1 to 10 mm, preferably from 3 to 5 mm. The metal sheets may be joined by soldering, preferably in the zones of additional folded sections. The ends of the metal sheets may be provided with reinforcing structures formed by folded rim zones so as to improve the joint to the tubular housing. The reinforcing structures at the ends may be also provided at the thicker metal sheets for imparting of additional stiffness to the cellular member subjected to high loads.
