FIELD: optics. SUBSTANCE: optical projection system has extended source of white light, lens of source, device to stop source, optical aid, first, second and third arrays of active mirrors with number of elements M x N, beam splitter incorporating first and second dichroic lenses, first, second and third field lenses, unit to stop projection, projection lens and projection screen. Each field lens is positioned between each dichroic lens and each array of active mirrors and is used for collimation of each main light beam on to proper array of active mirrors and for re-focusing of each reflected main light beam coming from beam splitter and optical aid and finally on to device that stops projection. Objective of invention is development of projection system without complex system of field lenses making possible to display pixels with number of elements M x N.
