FIELD: projection engineering. SUBSTANCE: matrix has substrate mounting interconnected conductors and connecting lead; operating mechanism; and reflecting component. Operating mechanism has supporting layer, lower electrode, active layer, and upper electrode. Supporting layer has first part connected to bottom side of lower electrode and second part held open beyond lower electrode. Reflecting component is formed on second part of supporting layer. The latter is tilted by means of operating mechanism. Thin-film matrix is distinguished by enhanced luminous efficacy in light reflection by reflecting component due to minimizing area of operating mechanism and maximizing area of reflecting component.
