SUBSTANCE: strong white wine has components at the following ratio, dal/1 000 dal of ready wine: white grape wine material 800-860; sugar-containing component to provide sugar concentration 100 g/dm3 112-154; food taste-aromatic addition "Muskatel", kg: 1.0-15.0 and rectified ethyl alcohol to obtain the proof of wine 20 vol.% - the rest. Wine has 65-70%-th sugar syrup and/or concentrated grape wort as a sugar-containing component and dry and/or fortified white grape treated wine materials or mistel and dry and/or fortified white grape treated wine materials as white grape wine material. Invention can be used widely for production of strong white grape wines. EFFECT: broadened assortment of strong white grape wines. 3 cl, 3 tbl
