SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivatives of piperidine of the general formula (I) where Z means the group -(CH₂)_m-CH(OR₃)- or carbonyl-group; R₁ is hydrogen atom or (C₁-C₃)-alkyl; R₂ is (C₁-C₃)-alkyl or R₁ and R₂ in common form the chain -(CH₂)_n- where n = 3-5, or -(CH₂)₂-O(CH₂)_n-; m = 0-1; p = 1-2; R₃ is hydrogen atom or -COCH₃ and R₄ is hydrogen atom, -CH₃, -OH or -OCH₃ at condition that when Z means carbonyl-group then p = 2, or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts.
