SUBSTANCE: invention describes novel compounds of the general formula (I) where A means , ; X means O; Y means O or S; G and D mean independently nitrogen or carbon atom; E means nitrogen atom or C-R₄ under condition that one of G, D or E, not above, means nitrogen atom; R₂ means hydrogen or fluorine atom; R₃ means hydrogen, halogen atom, C₁-C₃-alkyl, -OR₅, -CN; or R₂ and R₃ or R₃ and R₄ can mean in common the condensed phenyl ring; R₅ means hydrogen atom or C₁-C₃-alkyl; or their enantiomers or pharmaceutically acceptable salts. The above indicated compounds are ligands with the strong effect for nicotine receptors of acetylcholine and can be used for treatment or prophylaxis of psychotic disorders and damages with decreased mental activity. Invention describes also methods of synthesis of these compounds, pharmaceutical composition and intermediate compounds.
