FIELD: plasma equipment. SUBSTANCE: device may be used in plasma chemistry and other industries for purification of air against such pollutions as sulfur or nitrogen oxides. Device has two solid- body current terminals, and liquid electrodes, which are designed as thin electrolyte films, which flow on surface of current terminals. Current terminals are designed as coaxial cylinders, which are mounted inside one another with radial space. In addition, device has porous thin-wall dielectric insertion, which is located about external cylindrical current terminal and spaced from inner current terminal for electric gas discharge. Inner cylindrical terminal is cooled. EFFECT: increased efficiency of device operations, decreased size. 4 cl, 2 dwg
