FIELD: plasma engineering, plasma chemistry, and other industries. SUBSTANCE: proposed plasmatron designed for use in liquid-electrolyte electrical-discharge devices and means for cleaning air from pollutants such as sulfur and nitrogen oxides, and the like has electrolyte bath with current duct and metal anode. Electrolyte bath has metal cover with central hole and axisymmetric hollow metal anode attached to metal cover on its underside coaxially with hole. Electrolyte bath and metal anode are manufactured so as surface area of electrolyte in bath were larger by an order of magnitude than area of anode effective end; electrolyte bath is also provided with holes in bottom part of side walls for pumping electrolyte. EFFECT: enhanced plasmatron power and plasma flow dynamic head. 1 cl
