FIELD: plasma engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has through electrolytic tub and current-conducting plate. Inside the tub vertical wall is mounted, which engages current-conductive plate in such a way, that volume of tub is divided on two isolated through areas, with shared entrance and separate exits, provided with valves, while tub is filled with electrolyte in such away, that thickness of electrolyte layer in through area above current-conductive plate is from 10 to 15 mcm.
EFFECT: lesser heat loss in electrode assembly.
