FIELD: petrochemistry, operations for restoring heat exchanging equipment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes housing, knocking out member, car-lodgments, power aggregate with hydraulic power station. Power aggregate is in the form of rigid framework with stationary boom and it is mounted on housing with possibility of lengthwise motion. Power aggregate also includes hydraulic cylinder whose rod is jointly connected with stripper in such a way that lug at bottom side is jointly connected with lever whose upper end is jointly connected with stationary boom and said lever has in zones of its joint connections lengthwise slits providing normalized lengthwise motion and rolling relative to hydraulic cylinder and stationary boom; lower end of lever is tapered by 43-45 degrees. Housing of apparatus has tie rods mounted with predetermined pitch for cyclic fixation of power aggregate by means of lever, troughs in the form of H-beams for mounting and fixing housing of heat exchanger. Stripper of apparatus includes traverse bar having two channeled pieces mutually connected in upper and lower portions by means of plates having through holes in order to place pins with slide blocks for clamping flange of tube bundle. Stripper also includes couplings and nuts. EFFECT: enhanced operational safety at performing centralized works for repairing heat exchanging equipment. 3 cl, 2 dwg
