FIELD: nonalcoholic and food-concentrates industries. SUBSTANCE: concentrate may be used in production of infant food. It contains the following ratio of extract substances, g/100 g of concentrate: maltose sugar, 28.2-30.2; Jerusalem artichoke ground chips, 66.0-68.0; gelatin, 0.65-0.73; ginseng extract, 0.13-0.17; organic acid, 0.5-0.54; common salt, 0.62-0.68; concentrate also includes, cu.dm: flavor, 0.084-0.092; water, the balance. The proposed concentrate allows to prepare drink which promotes normalization of sugar content in blood, improves metabolism and increases physiological and intellectual activity. It also normalizes blood pressure and promotes formation of stable rheological properties in prepared product. EFFECT: broadened assortment of diabetic and dietetic food products. 3 ex
