SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel derivatives of piperidinylmethyloxazolidine-2-one of the general formula (I) where each of R¹ and R² means independently unsubstituted or monosubstituted phenyl residues where OA, Hal, NH₂, NHR³ can be as substitutes; R³ means -CO-alkyl where alkyl has 1-7 carbon atoms; A means C₁-C₆-alkyl; Hal means F, Cl, Br or J. Method of synthesis of derivatives of piperidinylmethyloxazolidine-2-one of the general formula (I) involves interaction of compound of the formula (II) where R¹ is given above; Z¹ means Cl, Br, J, OH-group, alkylsulfonyloxy-group with 1-6 carbon atoms in alkyl moiety, arylsulfonyloxy-group with 60 atoms in aryl moiety or other reactive functionally derivated OH-group with compound of the formula (III) where R² is given above. Invention relates to also a pharmaceutical composition eliciting psychopharmacological effect and containing compound of the formula (I) and usual additions.
