SUBSTANCE: invention describes novel benzothiophene-carboxamide derivatives of the general formula (I) where (b) means (A) or (B) ; R means hydrogen atom, alkyl, alkoxy-group, halogen atom, hydroxy-group, acyloxy-group or phenylsulfonyloxy-group; X means hydrogen atom or alkyl and double bond in α-chain has E-configuration of Z-configuration under condition that compound of the formula (II) where R^1a means hydrogen atom, alkyl or alkoxy-group; X as indicated above and double bond in α-chain has E-configuration or Z-configuration is excluded, and also their pharmaceutically acceptable salts or hydrates. Compounds show biological activity and therefore can be used for treatment of patients with nasal impenetrability and as antagonists of prostaglandin D₂.
