FIELD: ice generation; forming refrigerated load-carrying platforms. SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in forming areas under ice which are closed over perimeter and supplying gas to these areas. Gas possesses low heat conductivity, thus causing equalizing of ice cover temperature in thickness and consequently enhancing ice strength. EFFECT: increased load-carrying capacity of platform. 1 dwg
