FIELD: SHF technology, lighting engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention refers in particular to optical radiation devices. SHF driver of electrode-free gaseous-discharge lamp has translucent SHF resonator with operational type of oscillations H11p, electrode- free lamp located on longitudinal axis of SHF resonator and input coaxial transmission line with SHF radiator in the form of central conductor entering SHF resonator of cantilever section, cantilever section of central conductor being fitted with splitter of SHF current. In this case axes of branches of splitter and central conductor are located in one plane perpendicular to longitudinal axis of SHF resonator. Given design provides for rise of homogeneity of distribution of temperature over lamp surface, for increased luminous efficiency, reliability and prolonged service light of lighting fixture which is technical result of invention. In addition central conductor of coaxial line, its cantilever section and at least part of splitter of SHF current are hollow and wall of hollow part of splitter facing electrode-free lamp is provided with one hole as minimum to ensure forced cooling of lamp. EFFECT: increased luminous efficiency, reliability and prolonged service life of lamp fitted with proposed driver. 1 cl, 9 dwg
