The cut begins and ends on the neutral line so that the upper proximal half of the wave line is directed towards the back side and the lower distal half facing the palm of a hand. Palm and back finger nerve neurotomy is to be performed with symathetectomy of the finger arteries. EFFECT: prevented ischemia; improved finger blood supply.
