Ingot mold is joined with mechanism for simultaneous rotation of it around vertical and horizontal axes. Horizontal shaft of mechanism has two coaxial parts and it is coupled with vertical shaft by means of rotating member of transmission mechanism engaging with its stationary member. Rotary units are mounted on coaxial parts of horizontal shaft and they support members for fixing ingot mold in zone of crossing of axes of vertical and horizontal shafts. Horizontal shaft is also provided with balancing rotating member of transmission mechanism. Said member engages with stationary member of transmission mechanism and it is mounted symmetrically relative to rotating member of transmission mechanism.
